Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and shipping address.

Please review this information carefully. If you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Processing

Express delivery coverage: Worldwide

We aim to process and prepare all orders immediately after payment is received. However, during high-demand periods (such as holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons) or due to recent updates in U.S. tariff regulations, processing times may be extended.


Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Below you’ll find important details regarding our shipping timelines and shipping cost for all products:

  • Shipping Time: within 7 - 30 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: United State: $8.99 & Other countries or regions: $15.99

We offer free shipping on orders over $80 USD.

** Please note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or if customs inspections occur. In special circumstances, delays of up to 5 additional business days may happen. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control.


TRACKING

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase. When your package ships, a separate shipment confirmation email will be sent containing your order number, carrier details, shipping date and time, order status, and tracking number (if applicable).

Tracking information usually becomes available within 24 hours on the carrier’s official website.

Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, it will be handled by the local postal service. You can continue tracking your shipment on your local postal service’s website using the same tracking number.

If the tracking status indicates that delivery was unsuccessful, please contact your local post office first for detailed information, as they are responsible for the final delivery and may have more specific updates than we do.

Kindly note that tracking remains active for 60 days. After this period, we may no longer be able to provide assistance regarding shipment tracking.

DELIVERY

We take careful measures to ensure your items arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact pawddict.support@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.

If possible, report any visible shipping damage (such as a torn, bent, wet, or crushed package) directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Due to ongoing international developments in 2025, some suppliers and logistics partners have experienced operational challenges. Additionally, the Lunar New Year holiday in China has led to extended factory closures, and the full resumption of production may take additional time.

These circumstances have temporarily affected production and shipping timelines. Although we are actively working with alternative suppliers and logistics providers, adjustments of this scale require coordination and time.

Orders placed between April and December may therefore face delays. Operations are gradually returning to normal, and we are making every effort to fulfill all pending orders as quickly as possible. Currently, most delayed orders are expected to be completed by March 30.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you realize your order is being sent to an incorrect address, please contact us at pawddict.support@gmail.com as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

In cases of force majeure (such as extreme weather or other unforeseen events), order processing may be delayed. However, we will resume processing promptly once conditions allow.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a return is not related to product quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
